Beautiful sky
While out in the field snapping some pics of my babies I was overwhelmed with God's beauty and character He places in all He creates. Each animal I have ever had the pleasure to look after and care for has been unique. I stand in awe of His mind and creativity, gifting each and every person and animal differently yet similar; no two are alike.

Romans 8:18-21 NIV
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.

Creation is eagerly waiting for the return of Jesus so they can be free from the oppression of decay and can glorify God along with the children of God. When the full number of God's children come into the salvation waiting for them through Jesus Christ then Jesus will take home those who belong to Him.

Do you know Jesus in a close personal way? Maybe you are the last person that needs to come into Him. Make the decision today to follow Jesus, don't wait until it's too late.

  7. Hi Ken,
I feel your excitement for the coming the day when we meet Jesus. How wonderful it will be!

    Hi Katy,
My daughter loves white horses. We have another white horse, Avalanche. My daughter loved to ride her bareback and put war paint on her face, around her eye and down her nose and pretend, along with her brother, they were Indians. It was so cute to watch! She would also pretend to be a princess riding her white horse.

    Blessings,

  9. Hi Mary,
Another nature friend! Sometimes I wish God would have made us able to handle the extreme temperatures, for I know I would be outside all the time, but alas reality sets in and life happens.

  11. Hi Starry Dawn,
I am glad you liked the pictures. Our farm is not a finished, polished up fancy farm, but rough and rustic; I like it that way, as close to nature as possible. At one time we had 25 horses, we rescued a whole bunch from going for meat. They came off of a farm in the mountains and it was a bad year for hay and the owner starved the whole lot of around 50 horses or more! I was so mad! We picked up around 8 horses and when the owner saw that we bought so many to give them a good home she called me up and asked me to take their pet horse of 40 years old! I agreed, his name was Curly Joe and he was quite famous on their farm as he saved a man from being attacked by a grizzly bear. He lived 2 years more then died in my arms. He was so sweet, he would follow me everywhere just like a puppy dog. One day he wasn't feeling well and he kept leaning on me so I just stood their with him and his head started drooping more and more into my arms. I shouted to my daughter to call the vet but before the vet could come he ended up passing away. I have never had such a smart, sweet horse as Joe.

    Blessings girl,

  15. Hi Summer,

Our horses are great but not very rideable. :( I just don't have the time to work with them and I don't trust my joints to hold up to the abuse a green horse gives to the body. I only have 4 horse out of 12 that can be ridden without any problems the rest need work. Something I hope to do this summer since I am feeling better.

    Blessings,
