Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the father's out there. May God bless you and keep you and may His light shine on you always!

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful husband. Thank you for always being there for our children, for providing for them, loving them, teaching them what it means to be a father, the covering of the family. Thank you for loving and following God and holding His teachings dear to your heart.

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful dad who now rests with my mom in heaven, having a blast with Jesus and their friends. I know dad you are waiting for me. :) Thank you for being the best earthly daddy ever! And for allowing me to be your little tom girl! I love you dad!

Happy Father' Day to our Heavenly Father; Daddy!! You are the best! The best Teacher, Leader, Healer, and so many other names I could go on and on forever. Thank you for being our Daddy!

Romans 8:14-16 NIV

For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

Galatians 4:5-7 NIV

to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship. Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba Father.” So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

Blessings,

  3. Hi Geoff,
Yep! I was up at 4 am couldn't sleep any longer so decided to rise and shine. :) Hubby was spoiled with a wonderful lunch put on by the ladies of the church and both kids were singing and playing their guitars during the worship service. Hope you had a good day! Oh yea, gathered together with my prayer partners and we prayed safety for your son and his group.

  5. Hi Child of God,
I hope you had a wonderful day with your husband.

A few weeks back I did a post about witnessing to Jehovah Witnesses. You asked "If you do find some good questions to ask the JW's please put up a post, I would love to read it and know how best to witness to them."

    Well I just did.

    God bless,
    Ken

  7. Hi Patrica,
Thanks for stopping by. Our God is so amazing and I think we could go on and on finding words to describe Him that it could last for days on end but you are right, we would end up still wanting to describe Him but would run out of words. :)

    Hi Ken,
I am heading over to read this post. :) Since your last post we had JW's come to the house. My hubby and I had a good conversation with them and then we prayed with them which they were not pleased about for they never bowed their head or said amen.

    Hi Crystal Mary,
You celebrate Father's Day on a different day? How interesting. I am learning so much about your glorious country from you. I agree with you it is so nice to be free from the law and be in communion with Him.

    Blessings all,

  13. Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Seek ye first the kingdom of Heaven and His righteousness ... because it is spiritual and real; where real happiness is found in holiness. Then this world makes sense and is full of love, joy & peace in this material world. Love God & love others (who the Lord gave us in our life in this time and place for a purpose). Thanks be to God for fathers. An expression of His love in the design of family and their roles in His creation. Blessings to you.

  15. Hi Sandra,
I wish I could really express what I feel inside, but I can't. This can be very frustrating sometimes for I look back on my posts and think, but there is so much more, why can't I put it down. But God knows and I trust Him!! I am so glad you thought this was rich, I sure hope one day God gives me the words to express what I feel and see inside.

    Hi Toyin,
It was a wonderful day here, thank you. I sure hope your had a good day as well. Thanks for stopping by, it is always a thrill to see a message from you. :)

    Hi Brian,
I stand in 100% agreement with you, to seek God and His Kingdom first and then we will find real happiness. Mother's are very important but it is the father that puts the covering over the family and keeps the family working together as a unit. When the father is in alignment with God then the family thrives.
Thank you so much for freely sharing the wisdom God has given you.

    Hi Lon,
Thank you! We do have much hope and happiness.

    Blessings,
