Prayer Warriors/Updated



Here is an update with specific prayer requests for Lucy. Please spend sometime intercessing for this sweet young girl and her dear family. Thank you!!

Many have asked for specific prayer needs. I will list a few but know that blankets of prayer are needed because there are so many specific needs that I can't even begin to wrap my mind around them:


-rest, mercy and no suffering for Lucy
-understanding and no fear for Ella
-a constant remembrance of my love to fill Jack
-Lucy's father. My precious husband. May he continue to grieve and not feel as If he has to be strong for any of us
-Lucy's grandparents and immediate /extended families
-restored faith for all of Lucy's friends and all the little children who have been praying ceaselessly for healing. 
-Lucy's doctors, nurses and other care team members
-eventual healing for our family

Cancer is back and there is nothing the doctors can do for Lucy. Please, please press in with me and seek healing here on earth.. Pray for God to send over whelming peace and comfort to Erik and Kate, Ella, Jack and sweet Lucy. 

My heart is breaking in two, I just can not imagine how crushed this family is right now. Please lift them up to our amazing God. Even though we don't understand His ways I know that His ways are better than ours and He is always good no matter what happens.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

    Oh Father, You know so many people are hurting right now. Some through physical pain, and some through watching them go through pain. Please Lord, speak to them comfort and peace. Please just have mercy on Your people. Help us to accept whatever Your will is, and to be able to move on no matter what. Thank you, God.

    Oh, this is heartbreaking news...that family and poor Lucy have been through so much. Father, I know you are still on the throne. I know you love Lucy and her family more than anyone. I know that you have a plan in all of this, and I know you can miraculously heal her if that is part of your plan. Lord, give them all the great gift of your peace. Let them feel your love and presence. Hold them close as they walk the path you have before them...In Jesus'name, Amen

      I join my heart in alignment with your prayer and claim the promise that when two or more come together in the Spirit our prayer will be heard and answered. Yes Lord in Jesus' might name, amen.

    Lord Jesus this is such hard news for Lucy and her family to get. I just ask if You would wrap Your arms around them right now and give them Your amazing peace. If it's Your will to heal Lucy please, just do a mighty miracle right now! I thank You for all that You've already done and all that You are going to do. I pray this in Your name Jesus, Amen.

    Oh my heart is breaking. But I know the all powerful God. He is bigger. I am standing in the gap and asking for a miracle!

    ThankYou Lord that You are not a man that You should lie. ThankYou that You heal Lucy from all her diseases, according to Your beautiful word in Psalm 103. ThankYou that You have given Lucy a more restful night than she has had for a while. ThankYou that all Your promises are YES in Christ Jesus. ThankYou that You caused Lucy to have her name which means 'born at daybreak', a time when there is much light ahead, not darkness. Let there be much light ahead for Lucy Father in Jesus name Amen. We give You thanks for Your love for us all Lord.

    BTW - It was lovely to see the photographs today that Kate posted of her and Lucy outside for a bit of fresh air.
