Fall Time

5:15 am starts allow me to greet the sunrise and lately the early mornings have been spectacular. Here are some pics of the wonderful clouds on the drive back from the bus stop, which I need to have my daughter in town for the early morning bus. Of course these pictures do not do the glorious sky justice. :)

‘If you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commands, I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit. Your threshing will continue until grape harvest and the grape harvest will continue until planting, and you will eat all the food you want and live in safety in your land.'

I love fall time. The bounty of the harvest, the cooler days and cold nights, the amazing clouds and the turning of the leaves, the horses and cows starting to grow their winter coats and the wonderful smell in the air, the toasty fire in the fire place, the return of the chickadees all add up to this being one of my favourite seasons.
