For you, for me

Isaiah 53:10-12 NIV

Yet it was the LORD’s will to crush Him and cause Him to suffer,
and though the LORD makes His life an offering for sin
He will see his offspring and prolong His days,
and the will of the LORD will prosper in His hand.
After He has suffered,
He will see the light of life and be satisfied
by His knowledge My righteous servant will justify many,
and He will bear their iniquities.
Therefore I will give Him a portion among the great,
and He will divide the spoils with the strong,
because He poured out His life unto death,
and was numbered with the transgressors.
For He bore the sin of many,
and made intercession for the transgressors.

Jesus intercedes for us, He bridged the gap between us and the Father. The Holy Spirit, our councilor, prays in moans and groans interceding on our behalf prayers that we do not know how to pray. It is because of what Jesus did for us on the cross that has allowed us access to the Father anytime 24/7. He made the bridge and opened the door for us to walk through. There is only one way to the Father and that is through the Son. The way is narrow and few are willing to follow it.

Romans 8:26-27 NIV

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

What  can we say? Thank you Jesus, thank you. We do not deserve this gift but You love us more than we could ever love You. I will walk with You for the rest of my days and when tribulation and trials come I know You will be with me giving me strength to do things in the way You want them to be done.

What about you? Will you accept His love gift?
